The 360° of Business Growth

Feb

2019
Thu 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Topic: Managing a Business

If your start-up or growth company is not getting off the ground or not growing the way it could, the reason is that more work is needed in one or several focus areas. Rather than trying to do everything at once, find the single most important areas and focus on them first. In this workshop you will be introduced to four core business challenges: Attractive Business Concept (meeting or creating demand), Strong Organization (building teams and partnerships), Lasting Customer Relations (finding and keeping clients), and Profitable Operations (being productive and making money). Next you will touch on the five focus areas within each challenge area. Participants will then be able to assess their own business and create a plan for areas that are identified as needing improvement. ***PARTICIPANTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO BRING THEIR LAPTOPS ***

Speaker(s): Kevin J. Fort, MBA, Central Arizona College SBDC Center Director
