It is especially important during this time, as we deal with the impacts of COVID19; business closures, reduced hours, limited occupancy of restaurants, employee stress and CDC safety guidelines. This webinar will focus on basic customer service skills such as communication, enthusiasm, empathy and knowledge and how to train your staff in these critical skills. The webinar will also provide strategies for dealing with conflict and difficult situations.
