This free workshop will help small businesses learn about the proactive measures they can take to identify the latest threats and protect their business. Topics include how to recognize threats, steps to take to prevent an attack, and steps you can take to protect your business. The presentation will provide: * What are today's most prevalent threats to the small business network * How to recognize * What steps to take * When to take action * Who is your biggest threat

Speaker(s): Daniel Hilburn is the CEO of Rapp IT Up Wireless Security LLC. He has a background in engineering in several fields. Daniel held a Top Secret clearance while he served in the U.S. Navy as a Sonar Technician and the military's top acoustic analyst obtaining the rate of (0000). During the cold war, Daniel was actually that guy searching for and finding the Red October. Daniel advanced his technical background into the identity theft protection industry in 2013 founding Rapp IT Up. In 2015 his company made a natural evolution to the Cyber Security realm. He works with small businesses to help identify and stop cyber threats. Daniel has presented security forums through out the Valley introducing business owners to best practices and new technologies to help keep small to medium businesses safe from cyber threats.
