He was active as a CPA for six years and served as a corporate CFO for five years. His accomplishments include negotiating various agreements for loans and new equity capital, and developing strategies for debit and equity financing, debt restructuring, acquisition and divestitures. Dale has consulted with hundreds of small business over the past ten years about start-up, growth, and exit strategies. His expertise is in business valuation, financial analysis, and forecasting cash flow and financial statements.
