This two day workshop on Goal Setting is part of an ongoing Business Education Series co-sponsored by the CAC SBDC and the City of Maricopa. The purpose of this series emphasizing The Four Disciplines of Execution is to provide training on this critical topic to ultimately help improve marketing efforts, which were identified as a top concern and priority for the majority of businesses in attendance at the Business Education Series Kickoff in September. The first session on November 14th will be an introduction to The Four Disciplines of Execution. We will review 4DX from a conceptual standpoint and explore challenges that typically create cultures of poor performance or failure to reach organizational goals. We will identify those aspects of 4DX that allow us to overcome those challenges in order to become high performance contributors to targeted goals. The second session on December 12th will address implementation of 4DX into your business.
