PTAC Presents: Laying the Groundwork Learn the basics of how government contracting works.
Very basic introduction to government contracting and the services PTAC offers. We follow a Who, What, Why, When and How format followed by a group discussion. This course is for small business owners who know very little or nothing about government procurement.
