This workshop will focus on the leader’s person and discuss three leadership behaviors to enhance their influence and effectiveness as leaders: being an Example of what you want from your team members; Empowering team members through a variety of means; and Empathy, caring for members of the team. Learn how each of these behaviors are “Other” centered and why that’s important.
